All our products are made-to-order based on the specifications you provide at the time of purchase. This includes size, color, print, and other custom details.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items:
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or print.
3. Replacement Policy for Damaged Products
3.1 Eligibility for Replacements:
We offer free replacements for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for a replacement:
• You must report the damage within 30 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• You must provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage.
3.2 Replacement Process:
To request a replacement:

2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will arrange for a replacement.
3. You may be required to return the damaged item to us. We will provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label if a return is necessary.

Upon receiving the returned damaged item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect. If the item is not deemed defective or if it shows signs of use, we may not be able to process the replacement.

We encourage customers to double-check their order details, including size, color, and print preferences, before finalizing the purchase. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered incorrectly.

5. Cancellations
5.1 Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase provided that production has not started. Once the production of a custom order begins, cancellations are not accepted.
5.2 Pre-Order Cancellations:
For pre-orders or items with a delayed production start, cancellations are accepted until the production process begins. Please contact us at besurewithus@gmail.com to cancel a pre-order.
6. Shipping Costs
6.1 Return Shipping:
For damaged items approved for replacement, we cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a prepaid shipping label.
6.2 Original Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned due to a product defect.
